Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Exchange Policy
Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, we offer a free exchange. Please report the issue within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged or defective, or
- The wrong item has been delivered.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process
- Approved items must be returned for inspection.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Delivery Charges
